In Chapter 5 of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, players are introduced to an intriguing race known as the Ma-non. After establishing their presence in New Los Angeles, players gain the ability to board their ship. Although the game provides guidance on how to warp to the Ma-non ship, locating the teleporter can be somewhat challenging due to its hidden placement.

To board the Ma-non ship, navigate to the teleporter positioned to the west of the BLADE Tower entrance. This green warp point is designed to seamlessly blend into the sci-fi ambiance of New Los Angeles. If you find yourself having trouble, look for Tutura, who can be spotted outside the BLADE Tower near the teleporter.

Upon spawning on the Ma-non ship deck, you will unlock a new landmark, making direct travel easier without relying on the teleporter. The ship features two accessible doors leading to the Starboard and the Port Side.
Note that the Port Side remains inaccessible until you successfully complete the quest “Prone Sweet Prone.”
By Chapter 13, an additional landmark will be available on the Ma-non ship. Below is a list of the landmarks you can warp to:
- Deck
- Starboard
- Port Side
- Bridge (available in Chapter 13)
As you progress past Chapter 5, you may notice that several Ma-non have posted requests for assistance on the job board. Completing missions related to the Ma-non will often involve visiting the Starboard side, with quests like “The Pip-Squeak”and “That’s In-Credible!”being among the first available. It’s advisable to explore the Ma-non ship and its landmarks promptly after finishing Chapter 5 and regaining control of your character.
