Kuro Games has officially announced the addition of Ciaccona as the latest character set to grace the Wuthering Waves 2.3 update. This eagerly awaited patch is scheduled for release on April 29, 2025, generating considerable enthusiasm among players known as Rovers around the globe. The character made her first impression during the 2.2 story quest, where her charmingly quirky demeanor captured the attention of many fans.
The narrative arc for the Rinascita chapter reached a conclusion with the previous story update. However, with both Ciaccona and Zani confirmed to appear in the upcoming 2.3 version, they are likely to play significant roles in the anticipated epilogue sections of the storyline.
Ciaccona Unveiled for Wuthering Waves 2.3
Ciaccona, introduced in the Wuthering Waves narrative, is characterized as a bard with a deep love for music. Kuro Games has recently unveiled her official artwork, depicting her playing a lute, marking her as the second 5-star Resonator in this update.
Even with her limited presence in the Wuthering Waves 2.2 storyline, Ciaccona has captivated the hearts of numerous players with her delightful, carefree spirit.
The official description released by Kuro Games provides further insight into Ciaccona’s character:
“Ciaccona, the bard of Rinascita, is free-spirited, romantic, sincere, and passionate. On her journey, she sang radiant poems of saints and heroes, weaving tales of people, miracles, turmoil, and suffering—along with the sorrow of death and farewell.”
While specifics about her weapons and attribute types remain undisclosed, it is highly anticipated that Ciaccona will appear prominently in the second half of the Wuthering Waves 2.3 update. It is plausible that she will also engage players through a companion quest, thereby enhancing players’ understanding of her character, similar to the role of Zani.
With the 2.3 update set to launch on April 29, 2025, fans can look forward to its release alongside Wuthering Waves’ debut on the Steam platform.
