Earlier on November 22, SM Entertainment released an official announcement declaring Seunghan’s indefinite hiatus. The company also addressed that malicious content surrounding the idol will receive immediate legal action without leniency.
Since Seunghan went through a temporary halt in his activities with RIIZE, the group will continue their promotions as six members. The sudden news caused a stir inside the BRIIZE fandom due to Seunghan’s absence in many of RIIZE’s schedules and his ongoing criticism.
On the same day (November 22), Seunghan uploaded a letter addressing the controversies that circulated across the internet. The idol apologized to BRIIZEs for his previous actions in the past and expressed his willingness to reflect on his behavior.
