Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, a popular Kick streamer, was apprehended by law enforcement in the Philippines on April 2, 2025. Reports from the local media outlet The Philippine Star indicate that the controversial Russian content creator was taken into custody outside a hotel in Pasay City after allegedly harassing residents while livestreaming in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
The Philippine Star’s report highlights that the Bureau of Immigration played a key role in Zdorovetskiy’s arrest:
“Russian YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, who harassed and disrespected Filipinos while filming at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, was caught by police officers in front of a hotel along Seaside Boulevard in Pasay City on Wednesday based on a mission order from the Bureau of Immigration, according to CIDG director Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III.”
Understanding the Allegations Against Vitaly Zdorovetskiy

Vitaly has built his brand around prank-based content and is no stranger to controversy. Previously, he has faced backlash for his behavior during IRL (In Real Life) streams. His latest trip to the Philippines has drawn attention for its problematic content, resembling past incidents where he targeted unsuspecting individuals for entertainment purposes.
Recently, Zdorovetskiy participated in several IRL streams during his stay in the Philippines; however, one particular session on March 31, 2025, titled Vitaly DISTURBING THE PEACE in Philippines 😈, appears to have been the catalyst for his legal troubles.
A video clip from Vitaly’s stream has surfaced where he threatens to rob a woman while broadcasting. In the footage, he can be heard saying:
“Madam, I am going to f**king rob you.”
After she stopped, he quickly changed his tone, suggesting he wanted to give her money while hurling insults related to her wearing a mask:
“I’m going to give you money. No, okay. Okay, ‘cus you’ve got a Covid mask you liberal f**k. Go get your vaccine!”
The clip escalates with him confronting a mall security guard and even running off with the guard’s cap. As reported by The Philippine Star on April 2, 2025, these actions contributed to claims of him harassing the local Filipino community:
“The content creator is seen messing around with Pinoys at Bonifacio Global City by riding a patrol motorcycle, stealing a security guard’s cap multiple times, and playing petty pranks with passersby.”
It remains uncertain what consequences await Zdorovetskiy following his arrest by the Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines. This incident comes after a previous suspension of his Kick channel in November 2024 for allegedly performing a Nazi salute, marking an ongoing pattern of contentious behavior.
