Upcoming Solo Leveling Arise: Adjustments to Blessing Stones and Skill Runes Balance

Netmarble is set to implement significant adjustments to various Solo Leveling Arise Blessing Stones and Skill Runes with the upcoming March 13 update. An announcement on the official Netmarble forum outlines details concerning which in-game items will undergo various enhancements and reductions. Notable changes include alterations to the Runes of Double Slash, Crushing Blow, Multistrike, Dagger Toss, and specific variations of Mutilate and Death’s Dance.

The forthcoming adjustments to Solo Leveling Arise Blessing Stones are as follows:

1. Monarch’s Domain (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Shadow’s Attack increased by 40%/60%/100% and dealt damage equal to 100% of players’ Attack per second for eight seconds.
  • Revised Effect: Shadow’s Attack still boosted by 40%/60%/100%, but now it deals 200%/300%/400% of players’ Attack every second, maintaining the duration of eight seconds.

2. Advanced Dagger Technique (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Increased damage by 5.6%/8.4%/14% against enemies with 70% or lower HP.
  • Revised Effect: Enhanced damage output to 8%/12%/20% against the same targets.

3. Chains of Blood (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Attack damage increased by 12%/18%/30% of the players’ HP ratio and reduced damage by 10%.
  • Revised Effect: Boosts attack damage to 14%/22%/36%, while still decreasing damage by 10%.

4. Title: Wolf Assassin (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Damage to normal monsters increased by 7.5%/12%/20%.
  • Revised Effect: Now increases damage by 11%/18%/28%.

5. Boss Slayer (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Damage to bosses increased by 8%/12%/20% with a Dash cooldown of 15%/20%/20%.
  • Revised Effect: Damage boosted to 9%/14%/24%, with unchanged Dash cooldown.

6. Assassin’s Proficiency (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Basic attack damage increased by 7%/11%/16%.
  • Revised Effect: Basic attack boosts to 9%/14%/24%.

7. Swift Strike (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Damage increased by 7%/11%/16% for five seconds via successful Extreme Evasion, with a cooldown of 10 seconds.
  • Revised Effect: Damage increased to 11%/18%/28% under the same conditions.

8. Kandiaru’s Blessing (Empowerment-type)

  • Previous Effect: Maximum HP increased by 6%/10%/16%.
  • Revised Effect: Now increases maximum HP by 8%/12%/20%.

9. HP Extraction

  • Previous Effect: Restores 2%/3%/5% HP upon hitting Elite or higher monsters, with a 30-second cooldown.
  • Revised Effect: Now restores 2.4%/3.6%/6% HP under the same conditions.

10. Penalty Quest: Survival

  • Previous Effect: Increased defense by 20%/30%/45% after five successful uses of Extreme Evasion.
  • Revised Effect: Boosted defense to 26%/40%/60% after the same number of uses.
