Scorching Kasukabe Dancers to Indian audiences in October 2025, coinciding with the Diwali festival. This exciting addition will be available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Japanese, with English subtitles provided for wider accessibility.
The journey of this new Shin-Chan film began with an initial announcement in December 2024, followed by confirmation of its release in February 2025. While the movie will debut in theaters across Japan in August 2025, fans in India were eagerly awaiting their own release date, which has now been confirmed.
Crayon Shin-chan Movie Coming to India in Multiple Languages
A report by Deadline highlights that the beloved Shin-Chan franchise will be releasing two films in India throughout 2025. The first, Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Our Dinosaur Diary, is set for release on May 5, 2025, through PVR INOX Pictures. Following closely, the 33rd installment, Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Super Magnificent! Scorching Kasukabe Dancers, will hit Indian theaters during the auspicious Diwali season later that year. Notably, this film is also referred to as Shin-chan The Spicy Kasukabe Dancers in its English title.
Maiko Sumida, the Head of Animation Sales & Development at TV Asahi, commented on this momentous occasion, expressing the team’s long-held desire to introduce a Shin-Chan movie in Indian theaters.
