The film abruptly fades to black just before the impending collision.
Griff, who previously managed to escape by opening the gate for the compound, reappears as he was driving behind the police vehicle during the chaos. This leads to speculation about his future; given that he wasn’t directly following the police car, it’s conceivable that he could avoid the disruption. This is further supported by Scharfman’s assertion that Carrigan’s character successfully maintained control of the luxury vehicle.
