Top Teams in Genshin Impact Version 5.6 Spiral Abyss

The data shared by @hxg_Diluc on X highlights the most utilized characters and team formations in the 5.6 Spiral Abyss, based on feedback from a substantial sample size of 115,521 users.

Below are the leading teams in this latest version of the Spiral Abyss:

  1. Kamisato Ayaka, Escoffier, Shenhe, Furina – 43.2%
  2. Mavuika, Kinich, Emilie, Bennett – 31.5%
  3. Neuvillette, Kaedehara Kazuha, Xilonen, Furina – 31.3%
  4. Mavuika, Xilonen, Citlali, Bennett – 27.2%
  5. Wriothesley, Escoffier, Yelan, Furina – 19.1%
  6. Mavuika, Varesa, Chevreuse, Iansan – 18.2%

Leading the usage charts is the combination of Ayaka, Escoffier, Shenhe, and Furina, with an impressive 43.2% usage rate. This team’s effectiveness is enhanced by the newly introduced Ley Line Disorders, which notably amplify Cryo damage. Escoffier, in particular, significantly boosts Ayaka’s capabilities and benefits from the fight on the critical first half of floor 12.

In second place, the team consisting of Mavuika, Kinich, Emilie, and Bennett has a usage rate of 31.5%. Kinich’s proficiency in dealing with tricky adversaries such as the Lava Dragon Statue and Tenebrous Papilla further solidifies this team’s position. Mavuika serves dual roles, functioning both as a main DPS and off-field support, making this comp versatile and effective.

However, the usage rate for the Neuvillette, Kazuha, Xilonen, and Furina team has seen a decline. This formation excels in the initial half but struggles against second-half bosses like Tenebrous Mimesis and Tenebrous Papilla, which demand higher Elemental applications—something Neuvillette cannot consistently provide.

Fourth on the list is yet another variant of the Mavuika team, combining Citlali, Xilonen, and Bennett. This setup holds a 27.2% usage rate, benefiting from the current Ley Line Disorder despite not enhancing any of its members. While this team can be utilized across both halves, challenges may arise during the more difficult second half of floor 12.

Lastly, Wriothesley, Escoffier, Yelan, and Furina form a freeze-focused team, ranking fifth with a 19.1% usage rate. Although this composition excels against first-half enemies, its overall efficacy dwindles when faced with second-half challenges.

The sixth composition features Mavuika, Varesa, Chevreuse, and Iansan. This powerful setup consists of two high-damage DPS characters, allowing for effective engagement with various challenges, including Tenebrous Papilla.
