SS-Tier: The Elite Euphoria Characters

The characters in the SS-tier showcase the strongest Euphoria abilities, making them prime candidates for Timekeepers to invest resources in. Their versatility allows them to excel in various team compositions. Here’s a closer look at these top-tier characters:

1) Ms. NewBabel

After her Euphoria upgrade, Ms. NewBabel’s Shields are significantly reinforced. Applying her A New Wave skill to a shielded ally not only enhances the existing Shield but also provides a critical rate boost based on the Shield’s strength and inflicts additional Riposte damage. Additionally, her skill can trigger as a follow-up attack after three Ripostes, making it possible to activate it twice in each round. This character is an excellent addition to lengthier confrontations, synergizing well with allies like J of Beast and Semmelweis of Mineral Afflatus.

2) Voyager

Voyager’s Euphoria transforms her into a pivotal element of any Impromptu Incantation team by enabling a single-target card to affect multiple enemies and inflicting Genesis damage. With Euphoria, casting her Ultimate Skill, Galaxy on the Strings, grants her additional Moxie, making her an essential asset alongside teammates like Barcarola of Star Afflatus.

3) Sotheby

The introduction of her Euphoria upgrade revolutionizes Sotheby’s effectiveness, particularly for Poison teams, which have become increasingly popular. Her enhancements improve both her Poison and healing capabilities significantly, allowing her Cure effect to activate automatically when health falls below a certain threshold. Additionally, she benefits from buffs to both her healing output and her attack, along with the ability to deliver a new effect, Duality Use-Medicine, applying Poison to foes while simultaneously healing allies.

S-Tier: Valuable but Situational Characters

Characters in this tier excel in niche roles and may be prioritized based on the current team dynamics. Here’s a selection of noteworthy characters:

1) Lilya

Lilya’s Euphoria upgrade allows her to convert any excess critical rate into critical damage, enhancing her overall output. After achieving a critical hit, she can initiate her Aerial Maneuvers skill, which subsequently stacks benefits that amplify her Ultimate damage. As a valuable teammate, she pairs well with Arcanists known for follow-up attacks, such as 37 of Star or Anjo Nala of Beast Afflatus.

2) Druvis III

Druvis III’s Euphoria significantly enhances her Circle of Life ability, which now provides buffs to damage bonuses, penetration rates, and attack based on her Mental defense. Importantly, attacking enemies under the Petrify status no longer eliminates it but boosts the penetration rate against them—though her abilities remain most effective within Plant-type character teams.

3) Eternity

Eternity’s Euphoria effects vary depending on the HP she and her allies have. By consuming their HP, she deals added Genesis damage while also increasing their maximum HP. Allies take less damage whenever they sustain HP loss, receiving further critical rate and damage enhancements based on their missing health. Used in combination with characters like Semmelweis of Mineral, Eternity can considerably boost a team’s survivability.

4) Matilda

  • Jessica
  • Shamane
  • Tennant

This concludes our comprehensive tier list for Reverse 1999 Euphoria characters in version 2.4.
