K-Netz Claim NewJeans Hyein Is Real-Life Anime Characters Sunako & Yukari

On Nate Pann, NewJeans Hyein became a hot topic among K-netz and K-pop fans for her beauty that came straight out of anime.

While Minji and Haerin were named as most beautiful among NewJeans, some started a debate that she’s actually the prettiest among the five members.

In the post titled, “NewJeans Hyein who came straight out of comics,” the photos of the female idol were compared to the character of Yukari Hayasaka, the main protagonist of the classic manga, “Paradise Kiss”which was first serialized in 1999.

Along with her, Hyein was also compared to Sunako Nakahara, the main character of the manga and anime, “The Wallflower.”

Looking at the photos, Hyein showed the same aura as the two anime high school characters, who are both famous for their trademark long hair and short full bangs.

Hyein also boasts a plump full lips, small head and nose as well as big eyes, you would think she was really ripped out of comics.

Netizens left comments such as:

While all of NewJeans members were stunning and gorgeous, Minji and Haerin often go viral for their appearances recognized by the general public.

But seeing the growth of Hyein, there are also comments opening the debate that the member is actually the prettiest among them.

According to fans, if weren’t for Hyein, the whole group would not be as youthful as they are.
