ONIC Philippines Crowned Champions at the Snapdragon Pro Series MLBB Mobile Masters 2025

In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, ONIC Philippines claimed the championship title at the 2025 Snapdragon Pro Series MLBB Mobile Masters. The Filipino team showcased their dominance throughout the competition, ultimately defeating Indonesia’s RRQ Hoshi in the Grand Finals with a commanding score of 4-1. Their remarkable performance earned them the prestigious trophy and a cash reward of $80,000.

RRQ Hoshi, a popular and competitive team among fans, secured the runner-up position, taking home $40,000 in prize money. Despite a stellar run during the Group Stage and the early Playoffs, the Indonesian squad faced defeat in the climactic match against ONIC Philippines on April 13.

The 2025 Mobile Masters tournament featured 12 teams from around the globe and boasted a substantial total prize pool of $200,000. The event commenced with the Group Stage from April 7-9, followed by the Playoffs held in Indonesia from April 11-13.

Group Stage Analysis

During the Group Stage, ONIC Philippines demonstrated exceptional prowess, finishing at the top of Group A. Team Liquid and Bigetron followed closely in second and third places, while the bottom three teams included Papara Supermassive, YBINGAME, and INFLUENCE RAGE.

In Group B, RRQ Hoshi emerged undefeated, taking the top spot with an impressive record. Team Falcons Philippines and ONIC Indonesia finished in second and third places, respectively, while Aurora, Alpha 7, and Team Falcons occupied the bottom positions.

Highlights of the Playoffs

In the Quarterfinals, Team Falcons kicked off with a strong victory against Bigetron Esports, winning 3-1. However, their journey ended in the Semifinals where they faced ONIC Philippines, resulting in a defeat. ONIC Philippines advanced with a stunning performance, solidifying their place in the Grand Finals.

Meanwhile, Team Liquid managed to defeat ONIC Indonesia in the Quarterfinals but subsequently fell short against RRQ Hoshi in the Semifinals, allowing RRQ Hoshi to move ahead to the Grand Finals.

In the much-anticipated Grand Finals, ONIC Philippines faced off against RRQ Hoshi, decisively claiming victory and asserting their status in the MLBB competitive scene. With this success, ONIC Philippines adds another major MLBB title to its accolades, having previously won the M6 World Championship last year.
