In the thriving world of Schedule 1, a player has unveiled what appears to be a new property poised for future availability. Currently, players have the option to acquire five existing properties within the game, with price tags ranging from $75 to $50,000. While the solo creator of Schedule 1 has yet to confirm additional properties in forthcoming updates, recent discoveries by players point to the possibility of exciting expansions.
Discovery of a Potential New Property in Schedule 1
Players currently enjoy a selection of buyable properties in Schedule 1, but a recent discovery suggests that more may soon enhance the gameplay experience. Reddit user Toulow highlighted a large building concealing a “For Sale”sign, largely overlooked since the game’s launch. The sign, visible only in free cam mode, indicates a purchase price of $50,000. Given the building’s substantial size, many players speculate that the actual cost may be revised much higher by the time it is officially released.

When players utilize the free mode through console commands, they can explore the interior of this newly discovered property. It features four bedrooms upstairs and two expansive rooms on the ground floor. Currently, it’s uncertain whether this property is destined for incorporation in a future update or if it is merely leftover content that the developer chose to exclude
Should this property become available in an upcoming Schedule 1 update, there’s considerable anticipation surrounding a potential price hike. Reddit user Paulioc420 suggested that it “should cost $1 million+”to create more ambitious goals for players. Additionally, fellow user LeFrogKid pointed out that the in-game price of Taco Ticklers is $50,000, despite appearing at $20,000 on the loading screen, indicating a possible pattern of pricing adjustments in the game.

The most recent update, rolled out on April 10, introduced numerous new decorations within the game and introduced the ability to sell items at the Pawn Shop. However, progress on additional content may be gradual as the developer, Tyler, prioritizes game optimization efforts to secure Steam Deck certification. Although Schedule 1 is currently playable on Valve’s portable device, certain minor issues must be resolved before achieving official support.
