Schedule 1 Major Update Now Available in Beta Release

Overview of Schedule 1 Beta v0.3.4

  • Latest beta v0.3.4 introduces exciting new features, including wall-mounted shelves and a Pawn Shop.
  • Players can join the open beta on Steam for early access to current and future updates.
  • Expect additional cosmetic enhancements, new money-making opportunities, and critical bug fixes in this update.

Schedule 1 has officially launched its beta version 0.3.4, termed the “first significant update”by the developer. Although it was initially slated for release on April 5, it was postponed to April 7 to resolve outstanding issues. However, players can now opt into this beta to experience the fresh content ahead of the full launch.

This update includes exciting new additions such as wall-mounted shelves, which enhance the aesthetic of players’ environments. Further decorative elements are also anticipated to be included before the beta testing phase concludes. Nonetheless, Tyler, the game’s solo developer, emphasized that while v0.3.4 is a step forward, it is not entirely finished, indicating that some features will be revealed in the official release. Moreover, all future patches will be distributed through the beta to optimize the final version’s quality. The open beta format allows all players to participate, enabling them to report bugs and glitches prior to each patch’s formal launch.

The beta testing period for Schedule 1’s v0.3.4 will run until April 9, 2025, at 1:00 AM EDT. Players interested in joining this beta can easily switch to the “beta”branch by right-clicking the game in their Steam library, selecting Properties, and navigating to the “BETAS”tab. Enabling this option provides early access to current and forthcoming updates, albeit at the potential cost of encountering more frequent crashes and bugs.

The latest patch enriches the gameplay with a variety of cosmetic items and introduces new income-generating activities for players’ characters. Starting from v0.3.4, players can monetize their hard work by selling various items (except for their own products) at the newly established Pawn Shop. In addition to these new features, substantial bug fixes have been implemented, addressing issues such as the overflow of the delivery destination dropdown outside the phone screen and ensuring non-host clients reliably receive “on day pass”and “on week pass”notifications.
