Streamer Pxie has provided new insights into her ongoing legal battle against Steven Kenneth Bonnell II, also known in the streaming community as “Destiny.”In January 2025, Pxie publicly accused Destiny on X of distributing sexually explicit content of her without her consent.

On February 19, 2025, news of Pxie’s lawsuit against the prominent Kick star sparked significant discussion across various social media platforms. The legal action aims to hold Destiny responsible for the “unauthorized, intentional, and unlawful disclosure and dissemination”of intimate images and explicit videos, with Pxie seeking substantial monetary damages in the process.

On March 10, 2025, Pxie took to social media to announce new developments in her case, revealing that Destiny has engaged Andrew Brettler as his legal representative. Brettler is a high-profile attorney known for his past work with notable figures including Prince Andrew, Bill Cosby, and Danny Masterson. In her plea for financial support to continue her case, Pxie stated:
“Update: Destiny has retained Andrew Brettler. Brettler has been the lawyer for Prince Andrew, Bill Cosby, and Danny Masterson (that 70s show). Please donate to help me continue the case.”
