PVRIS Unveils 10th Anniversary Edition of ‘White Noise’ Album with Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante

PVRIS Celebrates a Decade of *White Noise* with Anniversary Edition and Tour

PVRIS is marking a significant milestone as they celebrate the tenth anniversary of their debut album, *White Noise*. On Friday, the band unveiled a special anniversary edition of the album, which includes re-recorded tracks featuring their dynamic front-woman, Lynn Gunn, who has transitioned to a solo career.

Originally released in late 2014, *White Noise* introduced PVRIS to the world, comprised of vocal powerhouse Gunn, bassist Brian MacDonald, and guitarist Alex Babinsk. Fast forward to 2023, and the band has continued to evolve, with Gunn stepping into her solo artistry through their latest album, *Evergreen*.

Highlights from the Album

The *White Noise* album boasts several standout tracks that have deeply resonated with fans, such as “St. Patrick,” “You and I,” “Fire,” and “My House,” the latter being a concert favorite. Notably, the remix of “My House” features a collaboration with Spiritbox’s vocalist, Courtney LaPlante.

Gunn’s Reflections and Tour Plans

In an Instagram post shared earlier this year, Gunn expressed her gratitude for the album’s enduring impact. “Can’t believe so many of you resonated with this album 10 years ago and still do 10 years later… This album created the most beautiful community and paved the way for many amazing connections,” she noted, emphasizing that the anniversary celebration is not just about the music but also a tribute to their fans.

In a candid conversation with Alternative Press, Gunn discussed preparing for the upcoming tour. She revealed plans to perform the album in its entirety, acknowledging the challenges of some high notes she sang back in the day. “I think part of that was just at the time… it was a flex to sing high… Even listening to *White Noise*, I’ll think, ‘Why did I have to sing that?'”

Looking ahead, Gunn shared her aspirations for the band’s future, stating, “I still don’t feel like it’s where I want PVRIS to be. I would love for it to keep growing… it is in a really cool spot that I never thought it would be.”

Future Endeavors

PVRIS is actively touring in celebration of their anniversary and is slated to open for Linkin Park during their *From Zero World Tour* this summer, aiming to reach even broader audiences.
