Set in a vibrant fantasy world, Reincarnated as a Dragon Hatchling follows the journey of a dragon who finds itself reincarnated as an egg. As it navigates the complexities of a world filled with different creatures, the dragon must learn to ascend from its humble beginnings while adapting to the unique abilities and challenges of its new form.

This fantasy narrative first debuted in 2015, created by Nekoko, and began serialization in Shosetsuka ni Narou in August of the same year, with the latest installment on that platform released in November 2023. The printed edition, illustrated by Naji Yanagida, started publication with Taibundo Publishing in December 2015. Furthermore, the series has a manga adaptation published by Comic Earth Star since May 2017, which continues to release new volumes, with eight available as of this writing.
