The Bow of Menolias is an item you collect early on in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Not only does it provide you with a safe ranged attack to inflict on enemies and bosses, but it’ll also open up some new routes for you to move around Mount Qaf.
When you first start playing the game, however, you may notice some areas that will only open up for you if you with a ranged attack. So here is how to get the Bow of Menolias if you’d like to just rush and unlock it.
Where to find the Bow of Menolias in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
The Bow of Menolias is located in Hyrcanian Forest, after you defeat Erlik the giant boar. Enter the chamber to the right after defeating Erlik and a cutscene will play, after which you’ll be able to pick up the Bow of Menolias.

When you pick it up, the Bow of Menolias holds ten arrows that can be fired in any direction. You can replenish your arrows at any quiver found across the map. Later on, you also gain a secondary ability with the bow that allows you to unlock new routes throughout the map.
You are also able to upgrade the bow for higher damage and the ability to hold more arrows in your quiver. Be sure to be on the lookout for amulets that serve to make you stronger.
