Event Summary

  • From April 16 to 22, Pokémon GO will feature Tinkatink and its evolutions during a special event.
  • Participants can enjoy exclusive bonuses, specific field research tasks, and heightened chances of encountering shiny Pokémon.
  • Hatching 7 km eggs during this period may lead to Elekid, Hatenna, and Charcadet.

Pokémon GO is set to unveil the Tinkatink evolutionary line as part of the Pokémon Horizons: The Series Celebration event on April 16. While various generations have been fully integrated into the game, Generation 9 is still gradually being introduced, featuring characters that players have been eagerly awaiting.

The introduction of Pokémon from the Paldea region into Pokémon GO commenced in September 2023 with the arrival of 21 Gen 9 Pokémon, including fan favorites like Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and recognizable names such as Lechonk and Pawmot. Subsequent updates have brought more Paldean Pokémon like Shroodle and Grafaiai to the game. Recent reports indicate that players can expect to see another Gen 9 addition shortly.
