Grinding Gear Games has unveiled exciting details regarding the upcoming Dawn of the Hunt update for Path of Exile 2. Notably, this update introduces a brand new class, five new Ascendancy classes, and significant advancements in character mechanics and Endgame content. Players can eagerly anticipate this update, scheduled for release on April 4, 2025, with the option for early access through the Early Access Supporter Pack.

Since entering early access in December 2024, Path of Exile 2 is set to have its full launch around May 2025, barring any delays. The Path of Exile series continues to grow, boasting one of gaming’s largest skill trees, comparable to titles like Salt & Sanctuary, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. Set roughly 20 years after the original 2013 game, the sequel expands on its narrative and gameplay depth.

This announcement came during a recent Twitch livestream by Grinding Gear Games, followed by a detailed blog post on the Path of Exile 2 website.
