The recent release of One Punch Man chapter 201 redraw marks the conclusion of the much-discussed Ninjas Arc. Fans will recall that Yusuke Murata had created two alternate versions of this arc in the past, diverging from the storyline of the original webcomic. However, this latest installment seems to bring back elements from the webcomic, albeit with some notable variations.
In the previous chapter, readers witnessed an intense showdown between Flashy Flash and Speed-o’-Sound Sonic against the formidable Heavenly Ninja Party. While the Tennin demonstrated their strength, both ninjas managed to hold their ground until the unexpected appearance of Blast, the S-Class Rank 1 Hero, who intervened to halt the conflict. Despite his intent to prevent further clashes, the tenacious Tennin were ultimately subdued by Blast.

Chapter 201, titled “Lights Out,”opens with Violent Force warning Blast and his allies of their impending doom. He gloats that after suffering a wound from Blast, Empty Void underwent significant enhancements, transforming him into the ultimate ninja with a staggering kill count surpassing six figures. Violent Force chillingly asserts that the heroes would be better off losing their lives at the hands of his leader rather than facing him.
In response to this dire warning, Blast chooses to teleport the Heavenly Ninja Party, along with Sonic and Flashy Flash, to Sonic’s hideout for a demonstration. Upon arrival, they find Saitama casually seated near a hole that resembles the shape of Empty Void. Blast reveals that he intended to confront his former partner at the hideout, only to find that Saitama had already dispatched him.

When Flashy Flash inquires whether Saitama killed the leader of the ninja village, Saitama nonchalantly replies that he didn’t believe he had. Soon after reaching Sonic’s hideout, Saitama was ambushed by Empty Void, which he swiftly responded to with an earth-shattering punch that buried the ninja deep into the ground.
The remaining Tennin could hardly process this unexpected twist and charged toward Saitama for retaliation. Predictably, Saitama easily dispatched them, reiterating that they were indeed ninjas, similar to Empty Void.

Shortly thereafter, Speed-o’-Sound Sonic curiously asked Saitama why he was at his hideout. Saitama reminded him of the numerous invitation letters he had received for a duel, prompting a mix of amusement and disbelief.
Then, an astonishing event unfolded: the sky fractured, and two monstrous figures emerged, leaving everyone in a state of shock. As tension escalated, Blast lamented that he had strayed too far from his designated post, indicating the gravity of the situation.
When it became clear that the two monstrous entities were targeting Saitama and his companions, Underground Rover sprang into action, launching a counter-offensive. Despite the monsters’ attempts to retaliate, they were blasted away with overwhelming force from Underground Rover’s attack.
