On March 31, 2025, the much-anticipated One Piece spinoff anime unveiled its supporting voice cast just hours before its April 1, 2025 premiere. This anime, titled One Piece in Love, will be available for streaming on popular platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, making it easily accessible to fans across different social media.
One Piece in Love is an adaptation of a manga series penned and illustrated by Daiki Ihara, which began serialization on June 18, 2018. Although currently on hiatus, the manga boasts a total of nine published volumes, all in Japanese.
Supporting Cast Announced for One Piece Spinoff
According to the official website for the One Piece spinoff, four new cast members have been confirmed to join the series as supporting characters. Notably, Takehito Koyasu will lend his voice to Toriko Kuruno; he is well-known for his roles as Toji Fushigoro in Jujutsu Kaisen and Dio Brando in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
The President of the Biology Club will be voiced by Akira Ishida, recognized for his work as Beru in Solo Leveling and Akaza in Demon Slayer. The narration will be provided by Mahito Ohba, who is famous for voicing Smoker in One Piece. Additionally, Megumi Han will voice Tsutchi, known for her roles as Noko Shikanoko in My Deer Friend Nokotan and Gon Freecss in Hunter x Hunter.
Finally, Akari Kitou will portray Satou Yoshioka; she has garnered acclaim for her roles as Nezuko in Demon Slayer and Hina in Blue Box. The principal cast members include Yuuichi Nakamura as Usopp Nakatsugawa (notably Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen), Ayane Sakura as Nami Koyama (known as Lu from Sakamoto Days), and Ryousuke Yamamoto as Yamamoto Luffy (famous for Kouichirou in Golden Time).
