One Piece Chapter 1110 is going to be even more important than the previous one. Since the recent chapter doesn’t reveal Vegapunk’s message to the world, the upcoming chapter might shed some light on it. No doubt, Vegapunk’s message will be a major turning point in the story.
It seems the Gorosei are aware of what the message is about, which is why they’re all taking action. We’ve already seen a glimpse of Gorosei’s powers in the Reverie flashback. They appear to have the same demonic forms. If they all have the same regenerative abilities as Saturn, no doubt Straw Hats are in major trouble. We see Luffy using all kinds of powerful techniques in Gear 5 form, but Saturn remains unharmed.
As for Vegapunk, although the series doesn’t specifically confirm his death, the Five Elders are sure that Vegapunk’s death triggered the worldwide broadcast. It’s a pre-recorded message that Vegapunk must’ve prepared in case things go wrong for him.
Furthermore, while the message asks the people listening to prepare their visual den den mushi, Dragon remembers Shaka telling him he was about to die.
