If you need additional supplies such as Burn Salves, Gunpowder, or a Hatchet, this is a great time to acquire them.

Once downstairs, equip your flashlight (torch) and illuminate the path ahead. Look towards the west until you spot some boilers along with barrels, where you might also hear heavy breathing. Carefully maneuver through the boilers, then open the door to the Secret Tunnel. Progress eastward through the tunnels, descend the stairs, and continue east followed by a northward path. Be cautious of the poisonous plants along the way; shooting them from a distance is advisable to minimize damage. Although piranhas inhabit the water, maintaining a steady pace should help you avoid injury from them.
Continue up the stairs, then veer southeast. Squeeze through the wooden barrier and ascend the ladder to safely enter Skethermoor.
As you approach Skethermoor, exercise caution. Engaging with the robots present in the area right away is not recommended if you wish to avoid an early demise.
