His reluctance to clarify the identity of “he”strengthens this hypothesis as he cautions Belinda with, “I have to be careful about timelines.”If the Doctor were indeed referring to a future iteration of himself, it would be both a logical and deliberate choice.

Regarding the source of the information about Belinda, the possibility of David Tennant’s Fourteenth Doctor isn’t entirely out of the question. Although showrunner Russell T.
