On March 10, 2025, TOHO Animation unveiled a thrilling new trailer for the upcoming anime series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. This trailer not only showcased pivotal scenes but also introduced the series’ opening theme song. Fans were treated to a fresh key visual featuring beloved characters from the original series, including Midnight, Eraser Head, Present Mic, and Ingenium, also recognized as Tensei Iida.
The opening theme, titled Kekka Orai (translated as “All’s Well in the End”), will be performed by Kocchi no Kento. The trailer primarily highlights the adventure of the central cast, who embody the spirit of heroic vigilantes. This marks an exciting development in the My Hero Academia universe, building anticipation among fans.

The recent promotional material has been particularly engaging; however, details regarding the ending theme song have yet to be disclosed. Viewers are encouraged to look forward to another trailer releasing shortly before the show’s much-anticipated premiere on April 7, 2025, which will likely unveil the series’ closing theme.
This new trailer also offers a tantalizing glimpse into the Pro Hero cameos featured in Season 1. Notable appearances include Ingenium, Eraser Head, and Endeavor, alongside Midnight and Present Mic, who are highlighted in the key visual. Furthermore, fans can expect a cameo appearance from All Might, as confirmed by the return of voice actor Kenta Miyake.

Behind the scenes, Kenichi Suzuki is directing the anime at BONES FILM, a new branch of the renowned BONES studio. Series scripts are penned by Yosuke Kuroda, who also contributed to the main series. Character designs will be handled by Takahiko Yoshida, while the music is composed by Yuki Hayashi, Shogo Yamashiro, and Yuki Furuhashi, all of whom return from the original series. Additional key staff includes Yukihiro Watanabe as art director and Mizuki Sasaki overseeing the 3DCG direction.
This new television adaptation will bring to life the acclaimed manga My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, a spin-off and prequel to Kohei Horikoshi’s mainline series. The manga debuted in Shueisha’s Jump Giga magazine in August 2016, later moving to Shonen Jump+ until its completion in May 2022.
