In this quest, your objective is to escort and deliver three carts to their designated location, ensuring that each cart maintains at least 40% of its health points (HP) upon arrival. Unlike the initial Wilderness quest, which utilized conventional paths, this new challenge navigates through the treacherous terrains of the Badlands.
To get started, join the live event server and converse with Natalie and Dawn. They will guide you through the new Wilderness route, where your cart delivery task will occur. As the carts journey through the landscape, they will face relentless waves of hostile mobs, including piglins, illagers, and the recently introduced vexes.
Vexes, known for their agility and unpredictable movements, add a significant level of difficulty to this escort mission.
Essential Tips for Success
- Continuous Defense: Your main goal is to keep all three carts above 40% HP. Since mobs appear in waves, proactively engage them before they reach your carts.
- Stay Vigilant Against Vexes: These elusive flying enemies are tricky to hit. Utilize a bow or crossbow for quicker targeting to minimize damage.
- Familiarize Yourself with the Terrain: The unfamiliar Badlands route can be daunting. Position yourself strategically to effectively fend off adversaries while minimizing your own damage.
- Team Up: Whenever possible, team with other players. Coordinating your defense across multiple carts can simplify this task significantly.
- Keep Moving: Remain mobile to avoid becoming an easy target for ranged mobs like pillagers. Constant repositioning enhances your control in combat.
