In a candid discussion on the Smartless podcast aired on March 10, 2025, actress Millie Bobby Brown opened up about her aspirations to become a mother. The star of Stranger Things expressed her eagerness to expand her family with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.
Having tied the knot last May after three years of dating, Brown and Bongiovi, son of iconic rock musician Jon Bon Jovi, acknowledged their youthfulness, yet they look forward to nurturing a family together. Brown reflected on her upbringing:
“My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. And you know, it’s been my thing since before I met Jake,”she explained.

“Since I was a baby, I told my mom, like, baby dolls. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me.”

“I would basically take these animals and then I bottle fed them. The goats sleep in our bed and wear diapers.”
