The anime adaptation of May I Ask for One Final Thing? is officially scheduled for release in Fall 2025. This exciting news was shared during a stage event at Anime Japan 2025 on March 23, where a promotional video and key visuals were presented. Additionally, new cast members were introduced, further building anticipation for the series.

During the recent Anime Japan event, a gripping new trailer was unveiled, confirming that the anime will air in Fall 2025, although a specific premiere date has not been announced yet. Crunchyroll has secured the streaming rights for various regions including North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, and the CIS countries.

The newly released trailer highlights Scarlet, the protagonist, whose fierce and rebellious nature shines as she seeks vengeance against those who have wronged her by labeling her a villainess. The visual narrative captures her dramatic interactions with her fiancé Kyle, who ridicules her, and displays how the aristocracy unjustly casts her aside.

In addition to the thrilling trailer, the promotional material introduced several new voice actors. Wataru Kato voices Julius Von Pallistan, Shoya Ishige plays Leonardo El Vandimion, Miyu Tomita is cast as Nanaka, Kazuki Ura voices Sigurd Forgrave, Ai Kakuma takes on the role of Terenezza Hopkins, and Taito Ban portray Kyle von Pallistan. Asami Seto will lend her voice to the lead character, Scarlet el Vandimion.

The new key visual showcases the diverse cast, positioning Scarlet el Vandimion prominently in the center. Accompanying this striking visual is the catchy phrase, “Well, everyone. Please be prepared, I gave a brilliant punch.”

Kazuya Sakamoto will spearhead the project as director, with production handled by LIDENFILMS’ Kyoto Studio. Deko Akao is responsible for supervising the series scripts, while Eriko Haga is tasked with character design. The sound direction will be overseen by Satoshi Motoyama, with music composed by Hinako Tsubakiyama.

The narrative, rooted in the original light novel series, centers on Scarlet El Vandimion, a noblewoman whose engagement to Kyle is abruptly terminated during a royal event. Subjected to accusations of bullying, Scarlet is branded a villainess by the upper class. After years of enduring slander, Scarlet resolves to confront her detractors and enact her revenge, presenting a compelling tale of resilience and defiance in the face of injustice.
