Leaked Audio Reveals Kim Soo-hyun’s Relationship with Kim Sae-ron as a Minor and Links to Two 2nd-Gen K-pop Idols

On March 26, 2025, an intriguing conversation transcript featuring Kim Sae-ron’s close friend, referred to as Friend A, surfaced via Lee Jin-ho and was disseminated through the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute (Ga Se-yeon).

According to Friend A, Kim Sae-ron, the star of Bloodhounds, allegedly underwent a tumultuous six-year relationship characterized by Kim Soo-hyun’s alleged infidelities. It was stated that Sae-ron remained committed to the actor due to his assurances of marriage. Friend A claimed that the late actress perceived herself as a “queen,”striving to retain her status amid Soo-hyun’s supposed engagements with other women, whom she called “concubines.”

“Kim Sae-ron said, ‘It was hard to maintain the position of queen during the six years. I struggled to hold on because I promised to marry,'”Friend A conveyed (as reported by South Korean media outlet Money S).

Moreover, Friend A attributed a significant portion of Kim Sae-ron’s distress to her relationship with Kim Soo-hyun, suggesting that its impact on her mental health was substantial. Friend A explicitly reported:

“I believe the cause of Sae-ron’s death is 70% Kim Soo-hyun, 25% Lee Jin-ho, and 5% her husband in New York.”

The friend further implied that Kim Soo-hyun may have perceived the late actress as a threat due to her knowledge about him that could potentially damage his public image. As Friend A elaborated:

“From Kim Soo-hyun’s viewpoint, Sae-ron was well-informed about many things, making her his Achilles’ heel. Therefore, it’s clear why he attempted to undermine her,”he stated, attributing this insight to Kim Sae-ron herself.

Adding to the controversy, Vega News revealed that two alleged past relationships of Kim Soo-hyun involved members of prominent second-generation girl groups. Despite the unfolding scandal, both individuals reportedly remain active in the K-pop industry, highlighting their previous rivalries.

Press Conference Scheduled by Kim Sae-ron’s Family

In a notable development, Kim Sae-ron’s family plans to hold a press conference today, March 27, 2025, in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where they will present evidence alleging that Kim Soo-hyun had an underage relationship with their daughter.

This announcement follows their previous claims aired on Garo Sero Research Institute, asserting that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron for six years, beginning when she was just 15 years old.

Initially, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, dismissed these claims. However, they later acknowledged a relationship but specified that it only occurred when she became of legal age, confirming it spanned from 2019 to 2020.

The situation intensified when YouTuber Lee Jin-ho alleged that Kim Sae-ron had been married in the U.S. before her untimely death, prompting interviews from her reported ex-boyfriend and spouse.

In response to these allegations, Gold Medalist has taken legal measures against Ga Se-yeon, Kim Sae-ron’s family, and her aunt, accusing them of breaching the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes, particularly concerning the misuse of cameras. The entertainment agency has also filed threats against Ga Se-yeon.

In related news, the fan meeting for Kim Soo-hyun scheduled in Taiwan has been abruptly canceled, with organizers citing a “schedule adjustment.” The event had previously sold out, and this cancellation could lead to penalties amounting to approximately 1.3 billion won.
