She also bravely addressed the issues she was embroiled in, such as her most controversial “no bra”photos that earned her massive hate from Koreans.

Regarding this, she confessed that although she was aware of the possible consequences, she started doing the braless look to support feminism.

“Everything that I did on my SNS, I did it because I wanted to. At a basic level, my actions and thoughts align with those who support women’s rights.

‘Women shouldn’t do that,’ ‘Women should not be too loud nor have strong opinions.’ These things contradict who I am. I don’t like what they say.”

In addition to her views on her “no bra”movement, Sulli continued to point out that she’s the type to stick to her belief, regardless of the blow she might take from haters, especially if she knows she’s not in the wrong.

“If I believed I didn’t do anything wrong, I tend to stick to my belief, even if the whole world criticizes me. Sometimes, I am aware that I will be hated maliciously, but whenever that happens, I just think, ‘I knew it.’ I just continue doing what makes me happy.”

From being loved and doted as the “Giant Baby”in the entertainment scene, the late Sulli was labeled as the “rebellious”idol for her unconventional movements such as the “no bra,”supporting feminism and exposing stereotypes in the K-pop scene that should be changed.

The celebrity emphasized the double standards, highlighting that women are always viewed negatively for doing the things that men are usually praised for.

“Men can talk very comfortably about sex or desires and what dissatisfies them. Men are praised when they are straightforward about these things. But when women do it, they are called ‘rude’ or ‘too stubborn.’

Even if I have disagreements with some women, my support still goes to them because they are also entitled to express their opinions. I truly believe that women need to speak up more. It’s natural for women to make mistakes, get angry and do things wrong, too.”
