Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – Complete Guide to Unarmed Combos and Learning Locations

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, mastering combos can significantly enhance melee combat, providing players with powerful techniques essential for overcoming formidable foes. While the majority of combos pertain to wielding weapons, there are also eight unique unarmed combos available in KCD2 that players can learn and utilize.

Unarmed fighting combos offer an accessible approach for players, with only three directional inputs to memorize: left, right, and down. This guide serves as a comprehensive resource, not only detailing the mechanics of each combo but also indicating where to learn every unarmed combo in KCD2. Typically, players will need to invest Groschen and spend an in-game hour to grasp these techniques from skilled instructors.

2. Bohemian Backhand (Left – Down – Right)

  • Taught by: Black Bartosch

The Bohemian Backhand performs a swift backhand strike to the left side of the enemy’s face. Black Bartosch can be found at Trosky Castle after the completion of the Wedding Crashers quest.

3. Elbow Uppercut (Left – Left – Right)

  • Taught by: Herbalist Barnaby

This combo features an elbow strike directed upwards towards the opponent’s chin. Players can locate Herbalist Barnaby north of Trosky Castle, involved in a brawling quest chain known as The Best for Last.

4. Scissor Strike (Down – Left – Right – Left)

  • Taught by: Jan Posy

The Scissor Strike combines an attack that hits the opponent’s neck with both hands. Jan Posy, based in Zimburg, is found at Bylany and serves as a starting point for the Bellatores quest.

The Headbutt combo involves grabbing the opponent’s head and delivering a headbutt. To unlock this combo, players must align with the Kuttenbergers during the Ars Dimicatoria side quest, which restricts access to combos from Menhard of Frankfurt but grants a half-swording technique from Master Nicholas at the swordfighting guild.

8. Shoulder Throw (Down – Down – Right)

  • Taught by: Gravedigger Frantischek

The Shoulder Throw is among the most effective combos in KCD2, as Henry can throw his opponent over his shoulder to the ground, adding a unique element to combat scenarios. To master this move, players must complete several quests, including Enough, Fight Dirty, and Teeth in the Bag, ultimately leading to the Nail in the Coffin side quest, where Gravedigger Frantischek can be challenged for this technique.
