Published on March 27, 2025, the clip allegedly features Soo-hyun near a lingerie mannequin during a trip to France, with accusations that he subsequently sent the video to Kim Sae-ron while she was still a minor.
In the footage, which obscures Kim Soo-hyun’s face, the actor and a companion reportedly engage in a discussion regarding the mannequins dressed in provocative lingerie. The voices heard in the video are claimed to belong to Soo-hyun, who allegedly compares the mannequins’ figures to those of Korean women, commenting on their body proportions. His acquaintance also contributes remarks regarding the mannequins’ features.
As the video progresses, the voice purportedly belonging to Kim Soo-hyun notes a father and daughter walking by, stating that the daughter seemed taken aback by the mannequins. He indicated a lack of embarrassment, mentioning his intention to return to his hotel. A translation by Twitter user @kdrama_jam captured his remarks:
“The father and daughter who passed by a while ago, the daughter looked so surprised just now…I made eye contact, I’m not embarrassed at all.”
The situation escalated following the untimely death of Kim Sae-ron, who was found deceased in her residence in Seoul on February 16, 2025. Her family alleged that she and Kim Soo-hyun had been involved in a relationship since she was 15 years old. However, Soo-hyun’s representatives firmly denied these claims, asserting that the two only began dating in 2019 when she reached adulthood.
Serious Allegations Emerging from Kim Sae-ron’s Family
The fallout from this video has prompted further scrutiny, with the YouTube channel continuing to release content related to the ongoing situation. Legal representatives for Kim Sae-ron’s family have made grave allegations against Kim Soo-hyun, suggesting that his conduct parallels the infamous Nth Room case. At a recent press conference, Kim Se-ui from Garosero Research Institute indicated that they possess evidence supporting these claims.
However, to protect the memory and reputation of the late actress, he stated that this evidence would remain confidential. The Nth Room case was a significant scandal in South Korea, involving the coercive exploitation and blackmail of victims through encrypted communications.
In his statements, Garosero emphasized:
“Mentioning the Nth Room was to expose Kim Soo-hyun’s shameless attitude and raise awareness, showing that ‘we have secured such information.’ However, since we must also protect the honor of Kim Sae-ron and her family, we are not disclosing it.”
