Kai Cenat Twitch Ban Update: Savawuzhere Hacking Controversy Impacting Streamer’s Channel

Twitch streamer Kai Cenat found himself a victim of a cyber attack on April 3, 2025. With a staggering 16.8 million followers, making him the fourth-most-followed streamer after Tyler “Ninja,”Ibai, and Raul “AuronPlay,”his account was a prime target. Currently, Cenat’s channel has been rendered inactive due to these events.

In line with its protocol, Twitch has imposed a ban on channels that have been compromised to mitigate risks associated with spam, phishing, and malware dissemination. Users attempting to access his channel are greeted with the following notification:

“This channel is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.”

The Identity of the Hacker

Following the hack of Kai Cenat’s Twitch account, the perpetrator revealed themselves by changing the profile display picture to a new image labeled “Sava.”Additionally, the display name underwent modification to “Savawuzhere.”

Moreover, Cenat’s YouTube channel, boasting over 7 million subscribers, was also breached. While the channel remains active, the hacker has either privatized or deleted the original videos, filling the space instead with an array of meme content.

Much like the alterations made to his Twitch account, the hacker updated the display image and channel banner on YouTube to reflect the name “Sava Cenat,”previously being “Kai Cenat.”

Indications of the hacker’s motive have come to light as well. Before Twitch took action against Cenat’s channel, the hacker left a coded message in the description area:

“Got my Discord suspended Mr. Cenat, this is what you get. Btw nice number (censored).”

Kai Cenat’s Response to the Incident

During a recent appearance on a friend’s Twitch stream, Kai Cenat addressed the hacking incident. He conveyed a sense of resignation and humor regarding the situation, asserting that he won’t dwell on it:

“What, I’m hacked? N***a, what am I supposed to cry? (Laughs) The f**k, n***a, that’s life!”

Notably, he expressed optimism about a quick resolution:

“That sh** all going to come back in the morning… No, no, don’t show attention to it.”

Previous Encounters with the Hacker

Fans familiar with Kai Cenat’s journey will recognize “Savawuzhere,”the hacker responsible for this latest incident, having targeted him previously. In February 2025, this individual successfully compromised Cenat’s TikTok account, which had amassed over 17 million followers at the time.

While the TikTok account has since been reinstated, the hacker executed the deletion of over 100 million likes by removing several videos during the breach, a significant blow to Cenat’s social media presence.
