In the immersive world of InZOI, players have the fantastic opportunity to shape their Zoi’s journey as an Idol Trainee. To excel in this career path, it is essential to regularly visit the entertainment company for training sessions aimed at honing various skills. Unlike other roles in the game where Zoi artificially disappear for work, the Idol Trainee career allows players to participate actively alongside their Zoi, providing a richer experience.
However, be prepared for a commitment, as the Idol Trainee career demands considerable time and attention. Juggling multiple skills and fulfilling numerous tasks to enhance job performance can be challenging. Moreover, the extensive work hours require players to prioritize their Zoi’s career over personal time, making it a significant investment for those pursuing this vibrant profession.
Steps to Join the Idol Trainee Career in InZOI

When creating your Zoi, opting for the Entertainer and Go-Getter traits can significantly enhance your chances of success in the Idol Trainee role. Cultivating a cheerful or self-assured demeanor helps in skill development, and maintaining a positive public image is crucial for elevating your Zoi’s idol status.

To embark on the Idol Trainee career, ensure that your Zoi is a young adult residing in Dowon City, as this is currently the sole location offering this career. Begin by accessing the smartphone and selecting the Career icon. Navigate to Adam Entertainment and opt to start as a Rookie Trainee. Presently, the career progression encompasses three ranks, but keep an eye out for potential future updates that may introduce additional levels. You can only achieve promotions up to the Senior Trainee rank for now.
Rank | Salary |
---|---|
Rookie Trainee | 136 Meow |
Junior Trainee | 400 Meow |
Senior Trainee | 600 Meow |
You can monitor your career advancement by checking the Career icon on your smartphone to see your promotion progress. Upon reaching a new rank, the Zoi will receive a notification from the company.

In the Idol Trainee role, Zoi must work five days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding weekends. However, if all job tasks are completed early, players can leave and still receive full pay for the day.

At the start of the workday, there will be a lull during the initial hour where Zoi can address any unmet needs, such as grabbing a meal or using the restroom. At 10 AM, players will receive their first set of three tasks, followed by another set at 1 PM, thereby concluding the workday. The tasks for Idol Trainee include:
Task | How To Complete | Required Rank |
---|---|---|
Change Into Practice Clothes | Use the red wardrobe near the practice room to change. | Rookie |
Practice Vocals | Use the microphone in the studio room to sing. | Rookie |
Do Morning Dance Training | Utilize the mirrors in the practice room for dancing. | Rookie |
Study Producing | Work on the computer in the studio room. | Rookie |
Work Out In The Fitness Room | Engage with the equipment in the fitness room. | Rookie |
Study Language | Use the computer in the studio room. | Junior |
Check Recording | Access the computer in the studio room. | Senior |
While tasks focused on studying and dancing are crucial, it is important to note that experience points are only gained through vocal practice and physical workouts. For players intending to remain in the Idol Trainee career throughout their gameplay, be aware that once the Zoi transitions into adulthood, they must depart from the entertainment company, marking the end of this chapter in their K-Pop journey.
