Players engage in meaningful interactions between two Zois to develop their relationship, culminating in a romantic proposal. Interestingly, any Zoi can become a love interest, not just household members.
As with many simulation games, InZOI allows players to orchestrate a wedding, delving into intricate details for the perfect celebration. Yet, before you can plan the big day, certain preliminary steps must be taken, such as forming a friendship, nurturing the romance, and dating the Zoi of your choice.
Strategies for Falling in Love and Dating Other Zois in InZOI
To embark on a romantic journey with a chosen Zoi, the initial phase involves fostering a solid friendship. Engage regularly using positive interaction options categorized under Humor, Affection, and Chitchat. Once the friendship meter reaches a halfway mark, players can gradually introduce romantic interactions. Although the process may feel slow initially, consistent engagement will unlock more romantic activities.
Once a relationship meter fills up, special dialogue options will become available to either positively or negatively influence the relationship. If you accumulate sufficient romance points and opt to confess feelings, the relationship will evolve from a Mutual Crush to the Sweetheart stage, indicating that dating is established. Continuing to engage in romantic activities will further strengthen this bond.
Even before both Zois reach the Sweetheart stage, you can still plan a date. Access the Schedule or Events tab via your in-game phone and set up an upcoming event. Select a suitable time and add your date plan. You’ll have three options to choose from, including organizing a date with your selected Zoi, the location, and defining what actions are encouraged or discouraged during the date. Notably, when meeting a new Zoi, an opportunity may arise to coordinate a date, but success is not guaranteed without an established relationship.
Proposing Marriage and Planning a Wedding in InZOI
Once your relationship reaches the Sweetheart stage, the option to propose becomes available. Keep in mind that initial attempts may not be successful, so consider enhancing romantic feelings and friendship before trying again. Upon acceptance of the proposal, a notification will confirm that the Zois are now engaged, paving the way for wedding planning.
To begin planning the wedding, open the Schedule and select the event type as Wedding. Adjust the duration and dress code as you see fit, then proceed to the next section to choose the officiant, wedding party members, and guests. When the event is about to commence, you will be automatically teleported to the wedding venue. Before the ceremony starts, there’s an option to alter the Zoi’s attire if desired.
During the wedding ceremony, players must complete specific scripted actions to ensure a flawless event. Additional actions involving guests can also be performed but are not mandatory. To avoid glitches—like Zois potentially getting stuck—it’s crucial to follow the scripted actions in order. The sequence is as follows:
- Thank Guests for Attending Wedding
- Prepare Officiant Speech
- Walk Together Down Wedding Isle
- (3 Zois) Give Speech
- Exchange Rings
- Go Celebrate
- Exit Together Down Wedding Isle
- Dance Happily
After the ceremony concludes, you can choose to have the Zois move in together or opt for a new residence. This transition allows you to explore the possibility of starting a family within the world of InZOI by trying to have a child. Currently, the game is in early access, so players should note that the options to have a baby may or may not appear either before or after the wedding, necessitating manual adjustments in some cases.
