Whether your Zoi is seeking a new career direction or has accumulated sufficient wealth to retire, understanding the processes for resigning or getting fired is crucial for players. Both mechanisms offer pathways for your Zoi to change their professional focus.
When a Zoi either resigns or is terminated, they retain the option to reapply for their previous job later, opening further opportunities for gameplay strategies.
Ways to Get Fired in InZOI
Obtaining a termination from your job in InZOI requires accumulating three unexcused absences. The simplest approach is to neglect attendance and miss multiple workdays in succession. This strategy will lead to a swift dismissal from the role.
Resigning from Your Job in InZOI
To resign, your Zoi can utilize the Career App on their in-game phone. After opening the app, navigate to the My Career tab and locate the icon resembling a briefcase or calendar with an X overlaying it, situated at the top left of the job description. Once selected, your Zoi will receive a confirmation of their resignation.
It’s worth noting that once your Zoi reaches an age beyond the recommended limit for their job role, they will automatically retire. This typically occurs when they become a Senior; however, for Idol Trainees, the retirement will take effect when they transition into adulthood.
