In the world of inZOI, fitness is a key factor in the development and lifestyle of your characters, known as Zois. As your Zois advance in their fitness levels, you will notice enhancements in both their health and physical capabilities. It’s important to note, however, that the Fitness Skill is not applicable to younger Zois, as this skill only applies to those beyond childhood.
To boost your Zois’ fitness, consider taking them to a nearby gym where they can engage in workouts—this offers a structured alternative to the casual surfing experience within inZOI. However, for those new to the game, navigating its open world might pose some challenges. This guide aims to streamline the process of finding the gym, allowing you to concentrate on creating a fulfilling virtual existence.
How to Locate the Gym in inZOI
The current version of inZOI features two distinct regions: Bliss Bay and Dowon. Each region possesses a unique map and layout, which can make it difficult for players to identify the gym’s location.
Finding the Gym in Bliss Bay
If you opt for Bliss Bay, look for an outdoor gym known as Bliss Bay Muscle Beach, conveniently located near the Beach Volleyball Court. To find it, press the M key to open your map, then select the Beach Volleyball Court situated on the map’s western side.
Fast travel to this location, head towards the beach area near the fence gate, and search for a nearby basketball court. The gym is adjacent to this area and boasts various indoor workout equipment, including squat racks, barbell bench presses, and pull-down machines.
Although North Beach lacks an outdoor gym, it does feature a playground equipped with a basketball hoop, where your Zois can engage in activities to enhance their fitness.
Finding the Gym in Dowon
Currently, inZOI does not feature any indoor gyms. Both Bliss Bay and Dowon house their gyms in outdoor community areas.
How to Add Gym Equipment in inZOI
If you find the outdoor gym lacking in equipment, you can customize the area by adding new machines. First, ensure that the location displays an “Editable” indicator in the upper left corner of your screen.
Next, enter Build Mode and navigate to the equipment section under Furniture > Hobby > Fitness. You will find a diverse range of both indoor and outdoor fitness equipment to choose from. Feel free to place any selected items into the available slots.
While the in-game catalog shows the pricing for items, placing equipment in a public area does not require any Meows.
