Before anything else, it’s crucial that you obtain a shovel first. This is because you’ll actually need to dig up a grave to get the shotgun.
The grave itself can be found in the northwestern part of your map. In your GPS Tracker, this location is marked with a purple icon. Once you’ve arrived at the location, look for a cross made out of wood on the ground.
After that, use your shovel to dig until you find a coffin underneath. Once the coffin is visible, break it open, and you’ll find the shotgun being held by a body. Simply press “E” to obtain it.
