Fortnite has once again partnered with Rocket League to bring their McLaren 765LT to the game as a new Car Body thanks to the 28.20 patch update. Here’s how to get the McLaren skin in Fortnite.
Fortnite’s Rocket Racing joined the game as one of three new inventive modes at the start of Chapter 5.
Epic Games combined their fan-favorite Rocket League game to create a brand-new arcade-style racing game within Fortnite. Along with this came the introduction of Car Bodies, which are vehicle skins that can be used in Rocket Racing as well as the main Battle Royale mode for your in-game vehicles.
Now, the v28.20 update from Epic Games has finally launched. This has added two Advanced Tracks and Boosts to Rocket Racing, as well as a brand-new McLaren 765LT Car Body straight from Rocket League.
Here’s how you can obtain the McLaren vehicle skin for yourself in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1.
How to get McLaren 765LT car in Fortnite
Once you’re there, simply select an item and hold down the Purchase button. Make sure to stack up on V-Bucks before you make the purchase.
However, If you already have the Bundle items in Rocket League, you’ll find them ready and waiting for you in Fortnite thanks to cross-game ownership.
The cosmetic vehicle set includes the Car Body, car variants, and five different decals. You can’t buy just the Car Body on its own, you will have to buy the whole bundle if you want it in Fortnite.
