Many players have spent a lot of time playing the new mode and leveling up their characters. However, as they progress further into the game, they are finding that the tasks required to level up certain features get increasingly difficult.
One of those tasks that players have been struggling with is how to find and get Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite, so here’s exactly how you can obtain the mid-tier resource.
Where to find Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite
To get Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite, you will need to visit a Dry Valley desert biome, which borders grasslands in the game, then find a cacti plant and chop it down with your Rare Forest Axe to receive Flexwood.
To locate the required plants, you can search the bordering desert biomes adjacent to the grass biomes where you spawn. These desert biomes are abundantly filled with cactus plants.
Another way you can find these is by chatting to your villagers. Once you have progressed enough in the game to where you need to collect Dry Valley resources, the NPCs will start giving you directions and mentioning where the nearest desert biome is after speaking with them.
However, crafting the rare axe needed has proved to be a challenging task itself. You will need to level up your Crafting Bench so that you craft Rare tools and weapons and collect the materials and craft the Rare Forest Axe.
You will need the following materials to build a Rare Forest Axe:
- 5 Cut Amber (cut from a Gem Cutter)
- 3 Knotroot Rods (crafted from a Lumber Mill)
Gathering these items and leveling up will take you longer than actually finding and collecting the Flexwood.
