The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle event was released on February 9. It has brought to Fortnite the Cowabunga Battle Pass, which contained Shredder and Super Shredder skins, as well as plenty of challenges for players to get stuck into.
The Fortnite x TMNT event also brought some seriously awesome changes to the Chapter 5 Season 1 map, such as the Underground Lair and the new Driftboard vehicle.

As shown in the clip above, here are the steps to completing the Cowabunga Driftboard Challenge.
- Find a Driftboard, which spawns randomly across the map.
- Ride toward a hill/slope.
- Press jump as you ride up the hill to launch yourself backward into the air.
- Complete a backflip by holding your chosen backward movement input while airborne.
- Land the trick.
- Challenge Completed!
Once you have completed the quest: “Do an impossibly difficult trick on a Driftboard (1),” you will earn yourself 300 Ooze to help you earn yourself those exclusive TMNT event rewards.
