The “Demigod Council”Dawncloud is a fresh area introduced in the 3.2 update. To access this region, players must advance through the Trailblaze Mission titled Debate, Discourse Without Spears in Amphoreus. Once unlocked, here are the locations of the Golden Scapegoat puzzles:
1. Initial Golden Scapegoat Puzzle: Location and Solution
The first puzzle can be found adjacent to the entry point of “Demigod Council” Dawncloud. To locate this puzzle, teleport to the Space Anchor situated in the southern part of the map. From there, head slightly northwest into a sizable room, where the Golden Scapegoat puzzle rests against the western wall.
To successfully solve this puzzle, execute the following movements:
Left, Down, Left, Right, Right, Right, Right
After completing the last move, wait for Your Past to activate the yellow pressure plate before progressing down to the lower floor. Your Past will then travel towards the blue pressure plate, allowing you to reach and illuminate the altar.
2. Second Golden Scapegoat Puzzle: Location and Solution
The second puzzle is located in the central area of “Demigod Council” Dawncloud, next to the staircase leading to the Amphoreus debate venue. To access this puzzle, teleport to the southern Space Anchor located in the middle area of Dawncloud.
Once you teleport, head towards the northern stairs, but instead of ascending, turn right to find a Janus’ Steed and the Golden Scapegoat puzzle nearby. To complete this puzzle, perform the following movements:

While Your Past executes the first two left moves, proceed to stand on the yellow pressure plate on the bottom floor. Just before Your Past takes its next right step, you should activate the pressure plate to make it fall. This will cause Your Past to move towards the plate while you ascend the ladder towards the altar.
3. Final Golden Scapegoat Puzzle: Location and Solution
To discover the final Golden Scapegoat puzzle, navigate to the northern section of the map. Teleport to the Space Anchor at the beginning of this area in Dawncloud. Head up the stairs and take the elevator; the puzzle will be located just before the elevator to the upper area of “Demigod Council” Dawncloud.
To solve the third Golden Scapegoat puzzle, execute the following instructions:

Once Your Past makes the initial left turn, activate the yellow pressure plate to have it fall through. After taking a right turn, it will open the blue hatch on the floor below. You can then move left to reach the altar, completing the last puzzle within the “Demigod Council” Dawncloud of Honkai Star Rail.
