1. First Golden Scapegoat Puzzle
Upon entering the “Dragonborn City”Styxia, head directly north to access the door leading to the puzzle room. Descend the staircase into an area filled with water from the River of Death. Here, you will need to collect the Rune of Collection and utilize Oronyx’s powers to proceed.
Continue heading north and take the first staircase on your left. Follow this path to reach the first Golden Scapegoat puzzle. To solve it, follow these instructions:

As your past self approaches the yellow switch, make sure to drop down to the lower level. Wait for it to activate the switch, which will illuminate the altar.
