HasanAbi Alleges Defamation by Destiny and Ethan Klein, Considers Legal Action

Renowned Twitch streamer Hasan “HasanAbi”Piker has recently indicated that he believes he has a legitimate basis for filing a defamation lawsuit against fellow streamers Steven “Destiny”and Ethan Klein. During a lively session on his Just Chatting livestream, a viewer suggested that HasanAbi had “real grounds for defamation”against these notable internet figures.

The viewer commented:

“I think the funniest thing is that you have real grounds for defamation. But if you sued, he would dial the harassment and defamation up to 11. The pain would not be worth it even if you eventually won; it would be a hollow victory.”

Despite acknowledging his legal options, HasanAbi expressed his reluctance to pursue a lawsuit against Destiny and Klein. He dismissed Ethan Klein’s so-called “content nuke”video regarding him as a failure, stating:

“Public figures suing one another for defamation is kind of idiotic. I have grounds to sue Destiny and Ethan for defamation. I would never do that in a million years. The reason being… what kinds of financial damages can I realistically cite? Like, the content nuke just flopped. Just being defamed… that’s part of the issue here; it’s just ridiculous. His ‘context nuke’ didn’t f**king work.”

Allegations Against Ethan Klein

The discussion then shifted as HasanAbi accused Ethan Klein of “brigading”against his ventures. He criticized Klein for his pattern of denouncing journalists who dared to interview him, stating:

“He’s been brigading everything that I’ve been a part of. Literally calling out journalists that have interviewed me even before the video came out. Constantly telling people, like, ‘How do you engage in talks with a person who is a rape-denier,’ or whatever. I don’t know. Just ridiculous s**t over and over again.”

HasanAbi further articulated his understanding of defamation suits, suggesting that Klein’s legal team may simply be exploiting him financially:

“I also understand how defamation suits work. For the most part, I think Ethan’s lawyers are just farming him for money by saying yes to him. ‘There’s definitely something we can do to get out of here.'”

In a related news update, HasanAbi recently found himself embroiled in a dispute with Elon Musk on social media, following the billionaire’s labeling of him as a “fraud”after a livestream focusing on Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
