The name of the A was revealed in the messages and Han Seo-hee also boasted her close friendship with the actor by asking him to go to the hotel with her. Along with the sexual remarks in the conversation, many discussions and rumors about A have been spreading in online communities since Han Seo-hee unveiled the messages.

According to the complaint, Han Seo-hee threatened A as he did not reply to her when she tried to suggest A’s engagement in sexual intercourse, so A blocked her. The lawyer added, “She defamed A by sending messages implying that she and A had been having sex frequently in an open chat room where a number of people could see and spread the content.” In addition, A is known to have felt ashamed and disgusted about A’s sexual remarks.

Later, Han Seo-hee claimed that she made up the conversation herself. However, she posted on SNS photos of her visit to the hotel mentioned in the conversation, leading to some people believe that her friendship and conversation with A were real. Fans of the actor are also expressing concerns over Han Seo-hee unilaterally disclosing the actor’s real name and spreading unconfirmed information. The lawyer emphasized that the victim, A, has suffered significant damage due to rumors arising from Han Seo-hee’s remarks.

Meanwhile, Han Seo-hee was sentenced to 3 years in suspended jail and 4 years of probation for smoking hemp in 2016 and administrated methamphetamine in June 2020 while on probation. In November 2021, she was imprisoned for another one year and six months.

Han Seo-hee did not comply with all the rulings and the Supreme Court also dismissed her appeal. She served the imprisonment sentence and was released from prison in November last year.
