Guy Fieri Updates on Hunter’s Wedding Plans
In a recent exclusive interview with Delish on April 14, 2025, Guy Fieri, the host of the popular “Tournament of Champions,”provided insights regarding his son Hunter’s forthcoming wedding. Fieri revealed that several of his esteemed culinary friends will play a significant role in the special day.
“There are three or four of my chef friends that are going to be coming,”he stated.
Among the notable chefs confirmed for the celebration are Antonia Lofaso and Aaron May. While the specific details of the wedding menu remain undisclosed, guests can anticipate an array of tantalizing dishes crafted by these renowned culinary figures.
Notable Chefs Joining the Celebration
Chef Antonia Lofaso, known for her appearances on “Top Chef: Chicago,””Top Chef: All-Stars,”and “Chopped,”is the co-owner and executive chef at three esteemed Los Angeles restaurants. On the other hand, Aaron May holds the record for the most wins on Fieri’s Food Network series, “Guy’s Grocery Games.”Their contributions are sure to elevate the dining experience at the wedding.
Challenges in Planning the Big Day
In an earlier interview with People magazine on February 21, 2025, Fieri opened up about the hurdles the family is encountering while organizing Hunter Fieri and Tara Bernstein’s wedding. He noted that one of the most challenging aspects has been finalizing the guest list.
“They’re both such big personalities, and they both have a lot of friends. How those two will whittle it down to 350, I have no clue,”he shared.
Set to take place later this year, the wedding will occur at Guy’s picturesque residence in Northern California—the same location where Hunter proposed to Tara during a family Thanksgiving gathering in 2023, surrounded by loved ones, including Guy’s wife Lori and younger son Ryder. While Fieri is eager to support the couple, he emphasizes that he won’t take control of the planning process.
“I am just in that capacity of call me when you need me. Because that’s their dream, their thing, their deal,”he added.
Fieri’s Personal Wedding Advice
Guy also imparted some heartfelt advice to Hunter and Tara, highlighting the importance of making the day uniquely theirs. He frequently reminds them that it is “their day and their time.”Drawing wisdom from his late sister Morgan, Fieri emphasized the significance of being present, focusing on personal touches, and steering clear of allowing outside influences to shape the event.
Insights on Sparkling Water
Aside from sharing wedding updates, Guy Fieri discussed his personal preferences for sparkling water in the same interview with Delish. He suggested that enjoying sparkling water at room temperature can enhance the flavor appreciation.
“I drink these warm more than I drink them cold. A lot of times, the reason people drink things so cold is to mask them,”Fieri remarked.
Fieri explained that consuming it warm allows individuals to experience the “full bandwidth”of flavors without any masking. This perspective aligns with his collaboration with Waterloo Sparkling Water, during which he curated three limited-edition summer flavors that embody his cherished summer memories.
New Sparkling Water Flavors
The newly introduced flavors—Lemon Italian Ice, Huckleberry Cobbler, and Spiced Mango Sorbet—are a testament to Fieri’s desire to reflect summer’s vibrancy. “I wanted to bring it,”he stated, highlighting the boldness of these unique varieties. These exciting flavors will only be available until the end of the summer season.
For fans eager to catch more of Guy Fieri, the latest season of “Tournament of Champions”is currently streaming on Food Network.
