How to Acquire the Golden Companion Spirit and Light Cone Memory Shard
Introduced in the Honkai Star Rail 3.2 update, both the Golden Companion Spirit and the Light Cone Memory Shard serve as new in-game currencies. Players can earn these through various gameplay activities, allowing them to acquire either high-tier 5-star characters or valuable Light Cones.
To secure a Golden Companion Spirit, players need to obtain two copies of a 5-star character they have already upgraded to E6. The process begins with the acquisition of one character copy, which grants a Silver Companion Spirit. Collecting two Silver Spirits will then convert them into a single Golden Companion Spirit. Notably, version 3.2 offers an Anniversary Reward of one Golden Companion Spirit to players.
On the other hand, Light Cone Memory Shards are attainable through the Battle Pass rather than the gacha system. By purchasing the highest tier of the Battle Pass, players can earn up to two Light Cone Memory Shards. This feature provides an accessible way to acquire essential gameplay enhancements without relying solely on luck.
Utilizing the Golden Companion Spirit and Light Cone Memory Shard
Players can redeem their Golden Companion Spirit and Light Cone Memory Shard at the newly introduced Stellar Convergence Shop. To access it, pause the game and navigate to the Store tab. Here, you will find two separate redemption options: one for characters using the Golden Companion Spirit and another for Light Cones utilizing the Memory Shard.
