Dragon Ball Sparking Zero may boast the largest roster to date. Here’s everything we know so far on what to expect.
It’s been over a decade since Dragon Ball saw a new Budokai Tenkaichi entry, which fans have been clamoring for quite some time. After what feels like forever, Bandai Namco revealed Sparking Zero, the fourth entry in the beloved fighting series.
Since the reveal, information has been pretty scarce on what fans can expect. However, leaks and trailers have shown some of what’s around the corner, particularly with the roster, aside from flashy fights and beautiful visual appeal.
Confirmed Dragon Ball Sparking Zero roster
Much like the previous Budokai Tenkaichi titles, the roster will be made up of characters and their transformations. The roster will also consist of characters across DBZ’s storied arcs, of which there are many.
Bandai Namco revealed the first 24 characters in late January:

Leaked and unconfirmed Dragon Ball Sparking Zero roster
A little after the trailer for Sparking Zero arrived, a leak surfaced claiming this would be the largest roster to date. Dragon Ball insider and leaker DBSHype claimed the roster would feature characters from “OG to Daima, including GT as well!”
Aside from that, while several characters have been shown in trailers, until Bandai Namco officially confirms them, here’s who else may be playable in Sparking Zero:
