Viewers of this K-drama are bummed because it didn’t get the promotion it deserved
TVING’s “Secret Playlist” , released in November, got lost in the mix among other popular K-dramas. It’s not that the drama is bad; it’s just that TVING messed up by not promoting a drama that really deserved more attention.
“Secret Playlist” marks beloved actress Kim Hyang Gi’s comeback. She nails the role of a high school girl dreaming of becoming a singer, but she can’t carry the drama alone.
The male lead, Shin Hyun Seung, a good-looking rookie actor with two years of acting under his belt, has yet to catch the audience’s eye.
“Secret Playlist” only has two episodes left, and viewers are saying it’s a cute drama. Sadly, it’s not getting much attention, partly because it’s not as hyped up.
