Flash’s New Power Boost: 1000x Strength Upgrade Surpassing the Entire Justice League

Alert! Spoilers ahead for The Flash #20! In an astounding turn of events, the Flash has unlocked a game-changing power that positions him far beyond the abilities of the Justice League. Wally West has consistently tested the limits of his abilities, but this latest development transforms him from hero to a near-godlike figure, capable of summoning an entire legion of duplicates to aid him in battle.

Following the events of “Absolute Power,”Wally has harnessed an extraordinary power that enables him to create temporal duplicates of himself, effectively allowing him to operate in multiple locations simultaneously. This newfound ability has proven essential, especially as it may be the key to thwarting a formidable adversary threatening the DC Universe.

The Flash Has Established an Army of Thousands of Duplicates

Wally’s Duplication Power Puts Him in a League of His Own

In an exclusive sneak peek of The Flash #20, crafted by Simon Spurrier and Vasco Georgiev, we see the moon enveloped in energy as one of Mister Terrific’s T-Spheres arrives to assess Flash’s encounter with Eclipso. Upon contact with the T-Sphere, Wally inquires about the Justice League’s assistance, only to learn that the T-Sphere is merely a data-gathering tool with no answers. Furthermore, Wally realizes that although he has been engaged in battle for years, due to time dilation, approximately only fifteen hours have passed in real-time during this intense war.

In this frantic dispatch, one Wally West, adorned in a sleek black suit with yellow accents, is actively generating copies of himself. A Flash duplicate soon interacts with the T-Sphere, beginning to compile analysis for the Justice League. Identifying himself as F8-3-1459, he explains that his army consists of around 7,000 copies. Any attempt to create additional duplicates risks losing control of their powers, diminishing their overall effectiveness against Eclipso. In the heat of battle, a sudden assault results in several duplicates’ demise, prompting F8-3-1459 to recommend the T-Sphere consult the ‘Splitter’ for deeper insights into the ongoing conflict.

The origin of this remarkable power traces back to The Flash #14!

F8-3-1459 guides the T-Sphere to a prominent area within the Flash army’s base where Wally West continues to generate even more copies of himself. During this exchange, the T-Sphere commends him on his adept management of such a substantial military operation. Once Wally completes creating his latest set of copies, he instructs an A.R. (aura relative) to relay a message to General Garrick, stating that the next wave of Flash duplicates will deploy in five minutes.

Seriously, This Power Goes Beyond Justice League Level

The Flash is Truly a Force Unto Himself

Since donning the iconic red suit, Wally has dedicated himself to mastering the intricacies of superspeed. This continuous pursuit has unveiled vast new possibilities for him and has paved the way for fellow speedsters. However, his latest sharding ability surpasses traditional limitations, transcending moves like the infinite mass punch or conjuring costumes from pure Speed Force. The Flash can now create an actual army of duplicates, each possessing speed and power that mirrors his own.

Given Wally’s capability to generate thousands of copies, one must ponder the necessity of functioning within a team like the Justice League. Although the value of camaraderie within a team is significant, it begs the question: with this new technique, can Wally not serve the world more effectively on his own? A single Flash is more than sufficient to monitor global challenges—now imagine the scale of influence he could wield with hundreds, or even thousands, of copies actively engaged in safeguarding the DC Universe.

The Flash Should Continue Embracing His New Power

Wally Could Literally Transform the World for the Better

It’s unfortunate when a hero receives an incredible power with potent potential only to neglect its application. Wally West now faces one of the most formidable magical foes with this groundbreaking ability, and should he master it further, he could confront even greater villains ahead. While there may indeed be drawbacks associated with such immense power—it’s a constant theme in superhero narratives—there’s a pivotal opportunity for the Flash to harness this skill and demonstrate to the Justice League how a true hero operates in times of need.
